After a few drinks to soften the blow, Meredith tells Izzie both about the fact that they're from a TV show, and that in their future, Izzie gets diagnosed with cancer. Understandably, it isn't easy news to take, but the two make plans to deal with it when they're both more sober.

Nearly two weeks it's been now, and Izzie still can't manage to make heads or tails of this place.
